Conservative Man plays indie and powerpop music. Conservative Man is; Ian McCarthy - vox, bass, guitars, synth, drum programming, bad production, non-conversationalist, songwriter, Darren Hyest - keys, synth and pancakes, Justin Sokol - drums, supplier of projectors that they leave behind. Conservative Man has a cd out "Mirabel and the Hikikomori" which can be purchased through their myspace as well as "singles" from Snocap. Conservative Man is currently working on "Imaginary Forces" their newest collaboration.
Conservative Man is in a contest to play at the SXSW at a rooftop venue at The Wave. Voting ends on March 3 at noon to click away and vote for them to play at the SXSW http://www.platform-1.com/campus_corner.php
