On the Road and looking for a place to run?
It's called RUN.COM
As a fairly new site they have trails that you can run, when you are away from home. It also has a place where you can add trails for others to enjoy. I know some of you like to stay in shape ;) so I thought this might be a useful tool.
Try it, use it and let me know what you think and most of all don't forget to add your favorite running spot if it's not all ready there for others to enjoy :)
Cheers and Inspire :)

MUCC - March 9, 2008
MUCC plays rock music. MUCC (pronounced "MOO-KOO") websites English - http://www.55-69.com/english/ and Japanese - http://www.55-69.com/ has all the details of this decade old band. MUCC is currently playing in the "Rockstar - Taste of Chaos show (46 shows). The pleasure of watching this high strung, entertaining band made me realize once again, it's all about the love of music and this band has a passion. MUCC being around for a decade knows what it takes to get it's crowd going and takes full advantage of putting on an amazing presentation. It is a pleasure to watch a band with so much energy and stage presence.
Here is a website that has the English lyrics of all the songs from the "Best of MUCC" cd http://www.universal-music.co.jp/69/bestofmucc_lyric/ which was to be released on February 5/08. To find out more about MUCC, watch a video, to listen to "my favorite band - on the Rockstar tour" find out where they are playing next on the Rockstar - Taste of Chaos tour, check out the MUCC myspace at
